Massive floor-to-ceiling doors roll to the right and left allowing ample amounts of natural light to bathe the hangar while exposing a vast 20,000 continuous square foot industrial interior. Just outside, an 8,000 square foot tarmac calls to the venturesome as small planes and helicopters land and take off in the distance. Maybe you want to catch a flight of your own? You can at The Executive. Suited for guest counts of up to 1,500, The Executive is an ideal location for large corporate events, conferences, expositions, galas, brand activations and so much more. We house all kinds of events from corporate conferences and intimate weddings to brand activations and galas. It’s the perfect place for any celebration.
Tables and chairs included in the facility fee. More of each can be brought in for an additional cost if necessary.
Convenient guest parking is available on-site. Valet required for events of 250 guests or more. Additional fee required.
Our doors are open to events one at a time. We make sure the entire facility is prepared for private use during each reservation.
Start an event at anytime and end it by midnight. Set-up can begin three hours prior to the event to appropriately prepare the space.
We offer complimentary holds on dates for up to two weeks. Other parties interested in the same date during that period force immediate decisions.
