Winter Boho Wedding

Upstairs in the bridal suite at Hangar 21 South, Amanda slipped into her Grace Loves Lace INCA wedding gown, clipped in her veil, grabber her bouquet, and turned around showcasing her full wedding look to her gushing bridesmaids. Lace details, flowing tulle pleats and an open back left everyone breathless as Amanda did a little twirl. Her bridesmaids wore mint green maxi dresses in assorted styles that complemented each other when in a group. Just outside on the tarmac, Damian and his groomsmen gathered for photos. Damian sported a classic black tux and his groomsmen wore charcoal grey suits with green ties, to match the ladies of course. Laughs were shared before meeting up with Amanda and her bridesmaids to line up for the ceremony.

Guests trickled into the hangar at Hangar 21 South and sat quietly waiting for the wedding party to make their entrance. A floral instal made of deep red, peach and white flowers and greenery acted as the ceremony backdrop and vintage rugs marked where Amanda and Damian would share their vows. Hanging from the ceiling were geometric gold shapes adding even more unique details inside. Live acoustic guitar began playing and Damian stepped out followed by each bridesmaid and groomsman ending with the beautiful bride, Amanda. Amanda and Damian exchanged personalized, handwritten vows that brought tears to many eyes, exchanged rings, and kissed as they were announced husband and wife.

After the ceremony, guests spent cocktail hour in the courtyard where small lounge spaces were set up and drinks and hors d’oeuvres were being served. While guests were mixing and mingling, the newlyweds enjoyed their flight over Orange County before touching down into their dinner reception. Guests oohed and awed as the bride and groom danced their first dance followed by the mother son and father daughter dances. Toasts were made just before the buffet opened, and after dinner, everyone took to the dance floor. Amanda tossed her bouquet and Damian tossed the garter, then the two privately cut into their wedding cake. The Tropical Dessert Station opened up allowing guests to snack on treats like Pina Colada Key Lime dessert shots, Individual Pineapple Upside Down Cakes, Tropical Fruit Tarts with Mango Cream, Mini Coconut Capped Bavarian Cupcakes, and Banana Passion Fruit Cream Puffs. Ending on a sweet note and after lots of dancing, guests congratulated the newlyweds and sent them off wishing them well.
