Kayla and Johnny met outside Hangar 21 South for their first look and private vows. A tap on the shoulder turned Johnny around to see his beautiful bride standing before him in a white wedding dress with petal applique details. Sweet compliments were shared and the couple read handwritten vows to each other before joining their wedding party to line up for the ceremony.
Guests arrived and found their seats in Hangar 21’s side patio. White pillars stood on the stage and were topped with ivory and peach florals. Once everyone was seated the wedding party made their entrances. Together in front of all their friends and family, Johnny and Kayla recited vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.
Thai Lemongrass Meatballs and Thai Chicken Spring Rolls were tray passed on the tarmac while the bar served Cosmo and Tequila Sunrise signature drinks. While guests mixed and mingled, the newlyweds headed off on their helicopter flight over Orange County touching down just in time for their reception.
Kayla and Johnny exited the helicopter to a sea of phones recording their grand entrance. The couple and their guests excitedly made their way into the hangar where tables were topped with soft blush florals, and while everyone took their seats, the bride and groom shared their first dance. Dinner followed and plated were filled with Thai Three Flavored BBQ Chicken, Roasted Pork Belly, Jasmine Rice, Chow Mein, and Asian Cucumber Salad. The dinner menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Arielle. After dinner, the newlyweds cut into their wedding cake and invited their guests to indulge in our French Dessert Station. The evening ended with everyone out on the dance floor showing off their best dance moves and sharing their well wishes with Kayla and Johnny.
