Ringing in the New Year

A wedding on New Years Eve is a guaranteed good time and that’s exactly what Emily and Will’s wedding at Hangar 21 South was. The bride and groom opted for a more nontraditional run of show having the cocktail hour first, then their ceremony, and finally the reception, but before all that Emily and Will shared an emotional first look on the tarmac, then went over to the Hangar 21 South courtyard where they read vows to each other and were met by their wedding party for group photos. As guests arrived, Emily and Will were able to casually mingle with them before the start of the ceremony. Chicken Jalapeno Empanadas and Polote were tray passed during this time and the bar was open for guests to quench their thirst before finding their seats inside the hangar. Will alongside his groomsmen and Emily’s bridesmaids watched as Emily made her way down the aisle arm in arm with her parents. The bride and groom vowed to love each other in sickness and health and sealed the ceremony with a kiss before heading into the reception. For dinner guests enjoyed our famous Taco Station with Grilled Pollo Asado Tacos and Carne Asada Tacos with Handmade Tortillas, Elote Corn Salad, Pasilla Rice and Ranch Style Pinto Beans. Toasts were made and family dances were shared before everyone cut loose on the dance floor. New Years props were displayed on a table for guests to grab before the stroke of midnight and champagne was poured and ready to ring in the new year. Midnight kisses were shared, and Emily and Will’s wedding came to an end ringing in 2020.
