Modern Disco Meets Boho at This Pink Hangar 21 South Wedding

With hair and makeup complete, Chloe and her bridesmaids arrived at Hangar 21 South for the big day. Adam and the groomsmen were not far behind, so the girls headed straight to the bridal suite for finishing touches. Chloe slipped into her sparkly tulle wedding gown, then headed outside for her first look with her dad. With a tap on the shoulder, Chloe’s dad turned around and tears filled both their eyes. Sweet compliments were shared, and the bridal party oohed and aahed while watching from inside. Up next was Adam. Smiles filled the bride and groom’s faces when they saw each other for the first time that day. Chloe read personalized vows, then Adam read his. The two shared a kiss and I love yous, then headed to the tarmac for pictures with their wedding party. Everyone wore black so Chloe really stood out in her white dress. The girls held bouquets of pink, white, and toffee colored flowers and the guys kept it classic with white pocket squares. The group posed together creating lasting memories, then lined up for ceremony.

A modern welcome sign greeted guests in the side courtyard as they entered and took a seat. Arrangements of flowers lined the aisle and a golden arch stood center stage decorated in pink and white florals. Once everyone was accounted for, Adam and the wedding party made their entrances. Chloe was last to make her appearance, and everyone stood as she walked to the head of the aisle. In front of their closest family and friends, the bride and groom recited vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the deal with a kiss. Everyone cheered as the newlyweds exited the ceremony and headed for cocktail hour.

Guests headed to the bar for wine, beer, and the newlywed’s signature cocktails, an Old Fashioned and Tito’s and Tonic while tray passed Roasted Red Cherry Tomato Bruschetta, Ellie’s Meatballs, and Caprese Skewers with Pesto made their rounds. A modern lounge with boho accents offered guests a comfortable place to sit back and relax while sipping and snacking and cocktail tables topped with floral bud vases became conversation hubs. While everyone mixed and mingled, the bride and groom headed to the tarmac for golden hour romantics. Once their photographer got all the shots, the couple headed inside the hangar for their grand reception entrance.

The hangar doors slowly opened revealing Chloe and Adam who excitedly made their grand entrance onto the tarmac with guests cheering all around. The two shared their first dance, then invited everyone inside for dinner. Tables were draped in velvet linens and topped with modern table settings with accents of gold. Colorful centerpieces sprouted up from each table and overhead, disco balls and more flowers decorated the ceiling. Once everyone had found their seats, dinner was served. Chicken Piccata, Vegetarian Rotolo Bolzano, Roasted Broccolini, Red Roasted Garlic Potatoes, and Italian Chopped Salad unveiled at the buffet and guests filled their plates. The menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our Event Specialist, Lauren. Once everyone hit the buffet, toasts began. Family and friends shared their fondest memories and glasses clinked in the air as each speech ended. After dinner, the newlywed’s cut their cake and invited guests to indulge in our Italian Dessert Station. An assortment of Fresh Fruit Tarts, Chocolate Dipped Cannoli, Florentine Cookies, Meyer Lemon Cheesecake Bites, and Mini Italiano Tiramisu Cupcakes were enjoyed and fueled guests up just in time for the live band. The bride and groom hit the dance floor and Flash Pants Band began hyping up the crowd with their first song. By the end of the night, everyone was out on the dance floor showing off their best moves and having the time of their lives. One last song concluded the evening and guests gave their well wishes to Chloe and Adam before sending them off on their forever journey.
