Minimal Modern Wedding at Hangar 21 South

Justine and Andy got ready inside Hangar 21 South and met in the entryway for their first look. With a tap of the shoulder, Andy turned around to see his bride standing before him in a lace and crepe gown. The bridal party cheered from above as the two shared a hug and kiss. Afterwards, the group posed for pictures on the tarmac, then lined up for the ceremony.

Guests entered the side patio, left a voice message at the audio guestbook, then took a seat. Light pink and white flowers decorated modern black pillars on the stage. As soon as everyone was in attendance, the music cued up and the wedding party made their entrances ending with Justine. In front of all their family and closest friends, the bride and groom read personalized vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Tray passed Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Crab Cakes made their rounds while the bar was serving the newlywed’s signature drinks, a Cadillac Margarita and Irish Mule. Guests mixed and mingled while the couple was off on their flight over Orange County, and upon their return, it was time for reception.

Tables were decorated in black and white and sparkling chandeliers hung above the sweetheart table inside the hangar. Guests checked the seating chart, found their assigned tables, and took a seat. Andy and Justine made their grand entrance and shared their first dance, then sat at the sweetheart table ready for dinner and toasts. Zucchini Lime Chicken, Vegetarian Rotolo Bolzano, Red Roasted Potatoes, Grilled Marinated Vegetables and Pear and Walnut Salad was served. The menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Arielle. While everyone ate, family and friends shared toasts. Glasses clinked in the air when the last speech ended, then the newlyweds cut into their 2-tiered wedding cake and invited their guests to indulge in dessert. Our Gourmet Dessert Station with an assortment of Mini Lemon Curd Tarts, Berry Champagne Macarons, Raspberry Chocolate Decadence Cakes, Mini Carrot Cupcakes, and Caramel Creme with Lemon Curd and Praline Crisp Dessert Shots was unveiled and everyone filled a plate with their favorite offerings. After filling up on a little something sweet, the evening ended with everyone out on the dance floor showing off their best moves.
