Fall Florals for a Hangar 21 South Wedding

Martine and her bridal party changed from matching pajamas into gorgeous dresses. The girls lined up to see Martine for the very first time in her sparkling gown. On the count of three, they opened their eyes and cheers filled the room. Sweet compliments were shared, then group lined up for the ceremony. In the meantime, Chris and his groomsmen cracked open beers on the tarmac and posed for group photos. The groomsmen wore tan and Chris wore forest green. After celebrating, the group joined the girls in line and awaited their entrances.

Guests arrived in the side patio, signed the bride and groom’s guest book, then took a seat for the unplugged ceremony. An arbor covered in brown, orange, and white flowers stood tall centerstage and matching arrangements marked the back of the aisle. Once everyone had arrived, the wedding party made their entrances and Chris and Martine were joined together at the head of the aisle. Together in front of all their family and friends, the couple read personalized vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Guests headed to the tarmac for cocktail hour while the wedding party posed for a few more photos together. Crab Cakes and Sesame Shrimp and Mango Spring Rolls were tray passed to hungry guests and the bar was serving the newlywed’s signature drinks, an Aperol Spritz and Whiskey Sour. While everyone mixed and mingled, Martine and Chris enjoyed their helicopter flight over Orange County, and upon landing, everyone was ready for reception.

Inside, tables were topped with bud vases filled with flowers and gypsophila clouds hung above. The bride and groom made their grand entrance to an uproar of cheers and shared their first dance on the tarmac. After the excitement, everyone headed inside and found their seats. Huli Huli Chicken, Sliced Beef Brisket, Whole Pig, Wasabi Mashed Potatoes, Stir Fry Vegetables, Wild Cherry Salad, and Hawaiian Rolls were served. The menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our Event Specialist, Sierra. While guests enjoyed dinner, family and friends toasted the newlyweds. After the filling meal, everyone hit the dance floor. Group dances and dance offs kept the celebration going until it was time to send off Martine and Chris. Just outside the venue, guests gathered with sparklers in hand. The evening came to a close when the newlyweds exited through a tunnel of sparkling fireworks while everyone cheered.
